My name is Stephen Comiskey I was born in Dublin Ireland and continue to live there as I continue my studies in photography. I trained as a Fine Artist for a year before moving on into the area of photography. It was never my intention to make photography a career of mine. I work within the areas of nude, fetish, erotic and portraiture. I also dabble in other areas of photography such as landscape photography and also have a great passion for wildlife photography mainly underwater.

I started my career as a photographer two years ago experimenting with Black & White printing, using a wide range of techniques to create visually striking images. While I have now moved on to using digital technology I will always have a soft spot for old style processing and hand printing.

My inspirations in photography come from two sources, both professional and well established photographers. The two photographers that inspire me most are Emma-Delves Broughton a fetish and erotic photographer and Pascal Baeten a fine art nude photographer. Emma Delves lives in Bath England, and works primarily within the realm of portraiture, fetish, fashion and beauty photography.

Baetens work however differs to Broughtons work substantially; he resides in the world of fine art nude photography. Not just focusing on the human figure as the visual and physical but creating landscapes using light to shape the abject sheer beauty of the figure and form.

Currently I am studying in the Dublin Institute of Technology Temple Bar, I am progressing onwards into third year and female Models to pose for all and any genres of work that I am doing.

For a previous duration of a year my work has left the realm of models and photoshoots and turned towards nature documentary. In the previous year I ventured to Africa and currently I am scuba diving around the coasts of Ireland documenting the aquatic life in the area. I am however looking to get back into the the area of photoshoots, both fetch, glamour and Nudes to build up a diverse portfolio. Recently I was a photographer with a director Scott Kelly on an underwater fashion shoot, the shoot was only a test shoot but it went well. I hope to do more of those in the coming year.

For the coming I am looking for female models to pose for myself in 'Nude' photoshoots in the style of Pascal Baeten, these are fine artistic Nude shoots. One is entitled 'The Male Gaze' {Working Title}. I'm looking to get back out there and get back working with models. I'm also available to work with upcoming models who wish to have some professional looking images to aid in building there portfolio.
